ESENSI PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI ERA NEW NORMAL (STUDI SMA NEGERI 12 MAKASSAR)

Abstract

This study aims to determiine the essences of online learning in the new normal era at 12 Senior High School of Makassar, to fine out the problems of the essence of online learning in the new normal era, and to fine out the impact of the essence of online learning in the new normal era in 12 Senior High schools of makassar. Researchers used a qualitative approach with informants of 12 Senior High School of Makassar students who experienced the online learning process in the new normal era, teachers of 12 Senior High School of Makassar, and principals of 12 Senior High School of Makassar. The data collection in this study was done by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The key instrument is the researcher himself with the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the essence of online learning in the new normal era 12 Senior High School of Makassar uses learning media such as Whatsaap group, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom. The essence of online learning in the new normal era 12 senior High schools of Makassar has been implemented online or studying at home to be aware of and as an effort to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus Disease (covid-19) outbreak in the 12 Senior High School of Makassar. the essence of online learning in the new normal era amid the Covid-19 pandemic in the world of education, especially, at 12 senior High School of Makassar, is that the learrning process remains active. But basically, online learning doesn’t always go well. The impact of online learning in the new normal era is the positive impact in the form of students being able to do assignments at home without having to go to school, students being more creative and independentn and communicating with students faster. On the one hand, the negative impact is problems with internet quotas, students sre more likeky to hold their cellphones, and students often underestimate and underestimate this online learning.
